Polyoxymethylene (POM-C) has a continuous operating temperature range of -40 °C to 100 °C. Its high surface strength can only be surpassed by a few materials. Due to its high strength and high finish, POM exhibits good sliding properties and strong wear and tear resistance with a low risk of stress cracking. POM-C (copolymer) has high thermal stability and chemical resistance (high resistance to hydrolysis).
